The protagonist Ikumi belongs to a special military unit of advanced super-soldiers called E.V.O.L.,
founded to combat a terrorist organization that fights dirty with biological weapons and anything else they can get their hands on.
Ikumi is captured during a mission and infused with the \”0 Virus\”, which causes her to grow a massive futanari penis.
