Academy: Live! follows the story of the protagonist as he assumes the role of the Principal of the mysterious ReLive Academy. At first glance, it would seem that this place would be a regular academy, where the protagonist would be able to rebuild his life after a series of hardships, however, the academy hides a secret underneath. The place is filled with cameras and recording devices, to witness the everyday life that occurs in the academy grounds, and each student, handpicked by a mysterious group of people, that wish to see how the protagonist will be able to display these students in many sexual situations for these cameras to capture them.​
