This man, who revels in carnage and drinks from a goblet of skulls upon a mountain of corpses, is feared by all who dare not utter his name, bowing only to pray to the gods and Buddhas. He is known as the Demon King of the Sixth Heaven. In her childhood, Honoka, whose life was saved by a battle priestess, set her sights on becoming a battle priestess herself and had been training for it. However, one of the shikigami she was meant to inherit was stolen, prompting her to embark on a journey to retrieve it, unaware of the fate that awaited her.
