ここは剣と魔法の世界。
この世界は4つの太陽に照らされ、人々はその恩恵を受け、

ところがある日、4つの太陽のうちの1つが嵐と霧に包まれた魔の海域にそびえ立つ巨塔のほうへ沈み、登らなくなってしまった。
その太陽の恩恵を強く受けていた地域は暗闇に包まれ、気温が下がり、次第に環境は悪化していった。
消えた太陽の捜索にたくさんの人々が名乗りを上げたが、荒れ狂う海と暴風吹き荒れる空に翻弄され、その塔にたどり着いた者はいなかった。
そしてまた、二人の探求者が塔を目指して旅立つのであった――――
