The protagonist is a gullible high school student living with his sister. Doing his usual wasteful spending finds a magazine that guarantees to hypnotize people and orders it right away. After being caught by sister wasting money again he is forced to prove its worth. Using magic coin he spins it only to find out it doesn’t work. In last ditch effort he finds a random lighter in package and Eureka his sister is hypnotized. Now he uses his new hypnotizing lighter to spice up his school life.
